Abstract
The "Handbook of the Philosophy of Information" will appear
in September 2008, Elsevier Science Publishers, Amsterdam.
This is the final text of the Editorial, where the editors
bring together their views on semantic and algorithmic
aspects of information, analogies and differences between
the various approaches in the Handbook, possibilities for
further unification between paradigms and disciplines,
as well as a potential for bringing together the two grand
traditions in philosophy: continental and analytical.
